Why Give to Spirit of Shea?

During Shea’s life, he was able to touch the lives of so many people. One of the last ways he described himself was as an empath. An empath is someone who is able to truly understand what another person is experiencing and even, at times, share the feelings they are experiencing as well. Shea was known with friends and family to be someone who always cared and supported the people around him, making him someone they could always depend on. Knowing how often Shea touched the lives of others, we wanted to continue to carry on this sentiment by helping those with similar aspirations to his own.

As most already know, Shea loved music. He was excellent at learning a new instrument or song. His passion was clear from the first time he tried the piano, but music was not his only passion. Shea loved to travel, and grabbed onto every opportunity he could to explore the world. By the age of 16, Shea managed to travel to Spain, Monaco, France, Italy, China, Anguilla, St. Martin, Canada, Puerto Rico, and so many other areas of the world. He traveled to places that most people hope to get to in their lifetime. In addition, Shea was an amazing athlete. His passion for sports showed in every sport he participated in. 

This Spirit of Shea is a non-profit 501(c)(3) dedicated to provide scholarships and funds to aspiring young musicians, worldly travelers and athletes compassionate about their sport(s) . We hope that in doing this, the Spirit of Shea will be able to continue to support others and touch the lives of many more.
